Date: NOVEMBER 3, 2018
Time: 11 AM - 1 PM
Location: Love 'n Fresh Flowers | Philadelphia PA
While our flower fields will likely be put to bed by this workshop date, there’s still plenty of floral fun to be had! Using flowers and foliage we grew earlier in the season and dried just for this workshop, students will create their own unique “harvest moon wreath” to channel the beauty of autumn’s slow, sweet death. Use botanical elements such as dried eucalyptus, dusty miller, myriad seed heads, celosia, hydrangeas, gomphrena, strawflowers, grasses and more! We'll first teach you how to hand-craft a wreath base out of foraged wild grapevine gathered from our woods. Make as many wreaths - big or small - as your creative hands can during this two hour workshop. Sip mulled cider or wine and stand around a campfire if the chill in the air is too much.
