Floral FUNdamentals Workshop :: Sweet Summer Centerpieces

As we edge towards the longest day of the year, the farm is filled with all sorts of sweet little blooms that that welcome early summer at the farm. Queen Anne’s lace, feverfew, black-eyed susans, snapdragons, strawflowers, yarrow, agrostemma, phlox, satin flower, and more will inspire whimsical, color-filled “wildflower” bouquets that match the footloose feel of the summer season. Learn how to craft a sweet little centerpiece using sustainable techniques. We will also tackle some basics of “eco printing” where we transfer the pigments of flowers and leaves onto watercolor paper. Go home with an armful of extra blooms to do more!

This is our last class before we take our summer break. Come join us!

Please note this is a Thursday evening class.

Light seasonal refreshments are provided during the workshop.

Class size is limited to 12 people; five students must be signed up for the class to run.

Price is per person. All individuals at the workshop must have purchased a ticket. No one can come with you "as a guest".

No refunds or transfers are offered for students who can not make it after registering.

This is a rain or shine event. However, in case of severe weather, the event may be rescheduled or canceled. Students will be notified in advance as much as possible and if the class is cancelled by Love 'n Fresh, full refunds will be promptly made to all who registered.
